But life had planned something else for me, where i got the opportunity to join MIPL in June 2022. I literally had zero knowledge of the Real Estate industry, but Mr. Savan Vora showed confidence in me in plentitude. Mr. Nitinbhai Vora
Mr. Nitin Vora came from a lower-middle-class background. He began shouldering his family's responsibilities at the young age of 13. Despite being in an employee role due to circumstances, he always displayed leadership qualities. He stood up against injustices and carried out his work with integrity. He ventured into a brokerage partnership in Upleta. After successfully managing this, he established his first independent firm in 1998, making a name for himself in the Real Estate industry. However, life took an unpredictable turn, and in 2007, he had to relocate to Rajkot with no financial security. In line with his name, "Nitin," which means the right path, he started his firm in Rajkot under the name "Meghnad Real Estate" in 2007, without any prior connections. He then began mentoring his eldest son, Mr. Savan Vora (managing director), believing that a father is the best teacher for his son and that mistakes are part of the learning process. In 2008, Savan Vora took over the business, with Nitin Bhai encouraging both his sons to be independent.
